Grow in Schools
Jiu Jitsu, brought
into your school.
Before-school energy, after-school clubs, and values-led workshops that build confidence, resilience and respect — delivered on-site by our local coaching team.
What we bring
Two ways we work with schools
Regular weekly clubs that run before and after the bell — plus values-led workshops, assemblies and event demonstrations.
Regular clubs

Morning classes
A focused, active start to the day. Children arrive settled, switched on and ready to learn — and parents get a reliable early drop-off.

After-school clubs
A confident, fun end to the school day. Children burn energy, learn real skills and build friendships in a structured, supervised club.
Workshops & demonstrations
Life-skills & values workshops
Resilience, respect, focus and emotional regulation — taught through the tool of Jiu Jitsu and mapped to your PSHE goals.
Bullying & safety awareness
Practical anti-bullying, personal-safety and body-awareness sessions that give children calm, usable confidence.
Assemblies, fetes & demos
Energetic assembly demonstrations and interactive demos for school fetes and events that get the whole school involved.

Why schools choose Grow
It's so much more than a martial art
Every session is built around effort, kindness and growth — not winning. Children leave with skills that show up in the classroom and the playground.
Confidence that carries over. Quieter children find their voice; busy children find their focus.
Resilience, focus & self-discipline. Learning to try, fail and try again — calmly.
A genuinely inclusive space. Every age, ability and background trains side by side — no experience needed.
Anti-bullying & body awareness. Calm, practical tools to stay safe and stand tall.

What families say
Trusted by parents across Oxfordshire
Both of my children attend Grow Jiu Jitsu and they absolutely love it. Over the years they've developed resilience, self-esteem and discipline.
My children gained a huge amount from Grow. They made friends and improved their health, strength and mental toughness — it's helped in so many parts of their lives.
My daughter (7) absolutely loves it. The team is fantastic and I can see her confidence and physicality growing week by week.

Schools programme FAQs
Which schools do you run clubs at?
We currently run before- and after-school Jiu Jitsu clubs at Brookside Primary (Bicester), Brill Church of England School and West Kidlington Primary, and we're expanding to more primary schools around Bicester, Kidlington and Brill. If your school isn't listed yet, send an enquiry — the more interest we get, the sooner we can bring Grow to your school.
What ages is the schools programme for?
It's designed for primary-age children, from Reception through to Year 6. Sessions are pitched so every age and ability can take part, and no previous experience is needed.
Are your coaches DBS-checked and insured?
Yes. Every session is delivered by DBS-checked, first-aid trained coaches and we're fully insured. We bring all the mats and equipment, so there's nothing for the school to provide.
What can you deliver beyond regular clubs?
Alongside before- and after-school clubs, we run values and life-skills workshops mapped to your PSHE goals, anti-bullying and personal-safety sessions, and energetic assembly demonstrations and interactive demos for school fetes and events.
How much does the schools programme cost?
It depends on the format and your school's needs. Send us an enquiry and we'll come back with days, times and prices for your setting.
How do we bring Grow to our school?
Whether you're a parent hoping to see classes at your child's school or a member of school staff, fill in the enquiry form on this page. We'll be in touch within a couple of days to talk through the options.
